Chad earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and MBA from Georgia State University. With more than 15 years of commercial construction experience, Chad has worked for two of the largest construction companies in the nation and on a variety of projects in different market segments across the country. In 2019, Chad decided to pursue his dream of entrepreneurship and founded Bacote Construction Group.

Lamorris earned a BS in Marketing from South Carolina State University. He is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients, project managers,and designers.
